‘’Kumain nang wasto at maging aktibo…Push natin to! This is the theme of 45th nutrition month that focuses on healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. Every July, we are celebrating a nutrition month which teaches us how to do in life.
            We must do what the theme is saying for us to have a great life and not to prone to any kind of disease. We must eat a food that is healthy and be active in life by exercising, balance diet and etc. This activity helps also the people wo are unhealthy and people who are prone to any kind of disease.By doing this and joining different activities in your community that focuses on healthy diet, you will achieve a healthy body and healthy lifestyle.
