Time to relax
School is so boring if there is no Intramurals. Why? Because Intramurals is the time to relax your mind for being busy of studying. This is also the time to have a rest and enjoy the different sports event. Different grade levels are playing to each other and if he/she won, he/she will be chosen as one of the players to represent their school to other.
In Ilocos Sur National High School, the intramurals is different. Marriage booth, chem lock, blind date booth, love-in-rinth, message booth are some examples of activities. Usually the focus of these activities are to have a better relationship, relax, and to entertain the students. Of course, the main focus of Imtramurals is being engaged with sports where you will see the great players of volleyball, basketball, badminton, sepak takraw, table tennis, chess and other athletic events. It is not only a game or contest but it can also stress reliever and cab help you being active of sports and help you a healthy lifestyle.
